  1. 1 Who can read this portal? Anyone. Sign-in is not required.
  2. 2 Which country is this written for? Tanzania, with Zanzibar covered through ZIPA. The same outline is intended later for Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, South Sudan, and the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
  3. 3 I already have a company. Do I read every step? No. The foreign-company page is for people who still need to register. Skip it if the company is already in place.
  4. 4 Where do I protect a business idea? Copyright and patents are a BRELA matter, separate from incorporation.
  5. 5 Can I download the Acts here? No. The laws page names them. This site does not store the PDFs.
